Refund and Return Policy

At Three River Kitchens & Interiors Limited, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return an item, and we are here to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Eligible Items: You may return item(s) purchased on ThreeRiverKitchens.co.uk within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Merchandise must be in unused, like-new condition, in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.

Ship the package using the address on the return form.

When your return has been received, we will contact you.

When your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
Refunds: All refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The timing of credit to your account will vary based on your financial institution.
